Our client, a multi-disciplinary engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture firm
located in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a talented Landscape Architect/Land Planner to join their team. If

Experience:
• Mid-level with 5+ years experience

Responsibilities:
• Work with other staff to design landscape architecture and land planning projects as well as
coordinate with other engineering and survey staff to keep projects moving without constant
oversight from others
• Execute most phases of project delivery with appropriate design intent and technical quality
• Assist with public meetings and public presentations
• Participate in managing client relationships
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall
project objectives


Requirements:
• Minimum BLA degree
• High Level of Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Programs
• Excellent Hand Graphics
• Experience working in a landscape architecture and/or engineering office is preferred, but not
required.
