Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. IT Project Manager, Corporate Applications to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex IT projects focused on corporate applications including HR, payroll, and enterprise productivity tools.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive integration and optimization efforts for platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Office 365, and ServiceNow.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT project management experience, with a focus on corporate applications.
- Proven success managing projects involving Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, O365, and ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and business processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
