We are looking for a Sr. IT Business Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the requirements gathering process, determine needs, and clearly articulates as simple use cases and acceptance criteria for features & enhancements
• Ensure adherence to the business objectives learned from the requirements sessions
• Manage story backlog to ensure the readiness of user stories for upcoming sprints
• Meet with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business & operations requirements and system goals, identify and resolve systems issues.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience in the full life cycle implementation of ERP projects
• Experience facilitating User acceptance testing (UAT)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
