Precise Resource, Inc. is a leading privately held Women’s Business Enterprise specializing in Executive Search and headhunting services for Fortune 500 clients across the United States. We are assisting our client in hiring a Sr Director of Professional Services to lead a growing team responsible for delivery execution, client satisfaction, and ongoing relationship management across a portfolio of bank and credit union customers.
Our client is reshaping how banks and credit unions deliver digital banking experiences across mobile, branch, and online channels through a modern, API-first platform. Their plug-and-play architecture enables financial institutions to accelerate digital transformation, reduce integration friction, and improve time to value.
In this role, reporting directly to the Vice President of Professional Services & Delivery, the Sr Director of Professional Services will lead and scale a team of Client Engagement Partners (CEPs) responsible for strategic client programs and delivery outcomes across a defined portfolio. The role carries accountability for client success, portfolio-level financial performance (P&L), and consistent delivery execution across complex, multi-program engagements.
The position sits at the intersection of client strategy, delivery excellence, and talent development, ensuring the CEP organization is equipped to manage high-impact programs while driving retention, expansion, and operational consistency.
What you will be doing
- Lead a team of Client Engagement Partners responsible for end-to-end ownership of strategic client programs.
- Provide oversight of portfolio health, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain executive-level client relationships and support escalation management.
- Drive consistency in program governance, communication cadence, and executive reporting.
- Drive revenue retention and expansion through disciplined scope and deal shaping.
- Partner with Sales and Digital Strategy Managers to structure complex engagements.
- Standardize and enforce delivery methodologies and program planning frameworks.
- Ensure robust program plans including capacity planning and change control.
- Drive accountability for KPIs and contractual deliverables.
- Improve delivery efficiency and scalability.
- Lead, coach, and develop Client Engagement Partners.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership and accountability.
- Align CEP capacity to client complexity.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success for aligned execution.
- Enable CEPs to lead matrixed teams effectively.
- Partner with VP of Professional Services and Delivery and other Executive Directors to help drive initiatives to scale Professional Services delivery.
- Drive innovation in service delivery models and operating processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 4+ years of people management, team leadership, or formal mentoring experience preferred with a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-growth, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience working with financial institutions, digital banking platforms, core banking integrations, payments, fintech solutions, or regulated technology environments strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or similar project management, CRM, and support platforms.
- 7+ years of experience in client engagement, customer success, implementation, delivery management, account management, or professional services within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or digital transformation environments.
- Experience managing client-facing delivery teams responsible for implementation, post-launch support, or ongoing client success.
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client escalation management, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, competing priorities, delivery risks, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and delivery details into clear client-facing and leadership updates.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and a client-first mindset.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive accountability across internal stakeholders.
