Moody’s is seeking to hire a Senior Events Associate to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception through to completion within the Latin American market. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver, tech-savvy and detail-oriented, who can work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
What you’ll do:
· Work closely with the regional lead to manage all aspects of event planning and logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, catering, and audio-visual coordination.
· Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and project plans.
· Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external suppliers.
· Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all elements are delivered seamlessly and meet brand standards
· Conduct post-event reporting and analysis to measure success.
What you’ll need:
· 5-7 years of proven experience in event management, ideally corporate event planning, conference planning, and delivery, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
· Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills
· Proficiency in defining and analyzing metrics to measure event success. Ability to work with comparable platforms to effectively manage operational tasks
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Fluent Spanish and English a must
· A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering world-class experiences
· Willingness to travel up to 40%, as required
