Sr. Electrical Estimator

An outstanding, full-time job opportunity has become available for a seasoned Senior Electrical Estimator to join an extremely well-established, cutting-edge construction organization located near Newton, NH.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• PleaseDO NOT APPLY unless you have at least 5+ years of experience as a full-time Electrical Estimation for an Electrical Contractor
• Proficiency with electrical bids from $250K to $20M, in both Commercial and Industrial projects is a MUST
• High attention to detail is a MUST
• Experience with Life Science, Pharmaceutical and other Healthcare projects including Labs/Clean Rooms, is a BIG PLUS
• Experience with Build/Design Assistance and Separating Estimates into Unit/Detailed Costs is a BIG PLUS
• Extensive experience creating bidsutilizing software programs such as ConEst and Bluebeam as well as Microsoft Excel is a BIG PLUS
• A Bachelor’s Degree is a BIG PLUS but not required
