  • Experience and understanding of Electrical/HVAC systems for heavy machinery, construction and automotive equipment (5+ years)
  • Working on range of Voltage (12v-600 VDC) (120-575VAC) (5+ years)
  • Familiar with control systems and IOT experience
  • Exposure of military or other government projects
  • Able to use ERP/MRP system
  • Automotive communication protocols like CAN and LIN

• PCB layout
• Proven electrical and electronic design skills with expertise in at least one EDA tool.
• Preference is Microchip PIC
• Solid programming background with experience in C for micro-controllers.
• Visual Studio required.
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and basic knowledge of mechanical systems
• Thorough knowledge of 12v/24v DC and low voltage AC (120, 220, 400 VAC etc.) components and associated wiring
• Able to read/interpret government specs

• Develop micro-controller and embedded systems for the control of mobile HVAC systems
• Develop embedded software for next generation control systems with a focus on IOT • Electrical, power management and control systems for HVAC products
• Produce detailed electronic schematics, BOM’s, drawings, documentation, verification and test plans specific to customer and project requirements
• Liaison and periodic travel to end customers
• Will liaison with vendors for technical information and specifications
• Assign part and drawing numbers and create BOM’s
• Identify electrical/electronic components, connectors and wiring required too be used in new and existing products
• Assist in fabrication of prototypes testing and samples for production when required • Participate in preparation of bid/proposal documents
• Product qualification testing
