Job Description
- Our Client: a distributor & integrator of material handling storage solutions
- High-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing and transforming the Design department
- Tasked with elevating the team, improving collaboration, and ensuring design excellence that supports the company’s broader sales and execution efforts
- This person will serve as a change agent & set expectations, raise the bar for design quality, and instill a culture of growth and accountability
- Average size of projects: $400K-1M
- Must have in-depth knowledge of storage racking systems
- Must have AutoCAD experience
- Experience with rack remediation a plus
- Location: Chicagoland, IL
- Travel: minimal. 1/month to customer sites
