Our client is one of the top Pediatric/Academic Medical Centers in the United States.
They have engaged our firm to identify new leadership for one of their most high profile and dynamic departments.
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a progressive IT applications leader to fill the role of Sr. Director, Financial and Administrative Applications. This individual will play a pivotal leadership role in the health systems ERP technology transformation program consisting of the implementation of Workday (financial management, core HR and Supply Chain), Strata Decision (financial decision support) and a yet to be selected eProcurement suite. Other accountabilities include managing a team of 27 staff and supporting multiple additional business and administrative applications including identity/access management, nutrition services, facilities, IT, infection control, nurse/physician scheduling among several others. Successful candidates will have outstanding written and verbal communications skills, strategic planning experience, operations experience, high emotional intelligence, and the ability for form strong relationships up, down and across the organization. Deep knowledge of ERP processes in an Academic Medical Center environment round out capabilities of top candidates. They are looking for a progressive, transformational leader to take a high functioning department to the next level.
Required Education and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years IT management experience.
Additional Technical Requirements:
- Understand and comply with all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures and standards.
- Support the integration of information security in the development, design, and implementation of Hospital Technology Resources that process, transmit, or store information.
- Support all compliance activities related to state, federal regulatory requirements, healthcare accreditation standards, and all other applicable regulations that govern the use and disclosure of patient, financial, or other confidential information.
