US Senior Director, Global Workforce Integrations - Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management - Remote

Strivant Health is rapidly expanding our global footprint and we’re looking for a proven, strategic leader to shape the future of our offshore operations. As the U.S. Senior Director, Global Workforce Integrations, you’ll architect the frameworks, KPIs, and operational systems that connect our U.S. teams with our growing India-based team. If you love building scalable processes, optimizing revenue cycle operations, and influencing cross-functional leaders across continents, this role is your opportunity to make a major organizational impact.

What You’ll Lead

• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that support offshore growth.

• Build KPI performance systems for AR follow-up, denials, cash posting, charge entry, and coding teams.

• Develop scalable operating models that align U.S. strategy with offshore capabilities and staffing needs.

• Create clear transition roadmaps, including workflow design, SOPs, readiness checks, and resource planning.

• Collaborate closely with global leadership in Operations, RCM, Technology, Cash Applications, and Client Solutions.

• Ensure operational excellence, alignment, and client-ready readiness across all transitioned functions.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience required. Physician revene cycle experience preferred.

• 5+ years of experience building and integrating offshore solutions (India preferred) in the revenue cycle management environment required.

• Prior experience developing documented, scalable processes and operational frameworks in growing environments.

• Proven ability to design KPI structures and build high-performing operational processes.

• Strong understanding of AR follow-up, denial management, cash posting, and RCM workflows.

• Strategic thinker with exceptional process, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proven track record of influencing offshore revenue outcomes through effective leadership and operational controls.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a focus on measurable impact.

• Someone energized by scale, complexity, and building things from the ground up.

• Based in the U.S. with the ability to travel the U.S. 15% overnight by aircraft or motor vehicle to various U.S. locations. Also willing to travel internationally biannually.
