About the Role:
The Sr. Director of Business Development (North East/Boston) for Discovery Services will be responsible for generating revenue by cultivating relationships, securing new business, and selling standalone and integrated drug discovery services across Chemistry, Biology, DMPK, Oncology, and Pharmacology.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000
  • 40% bonus
  • 300k OTE
  • Excellent health care benefits
