What you'll be doing:

As a Sr. Data Architect - In a nutshell, you'll be the orchestrator of data transformation for our insurance clients. Working alongside business analysts, you'll discover their needs, crafting data solutions that unlock powerful insights and fuel-optimized performance. Imagine yourself as the architect of information: building insurance data warehouses, designing data lakes and marts, and implementing our bespoke data platform. You'll sculpt raw data into actionable intelligence, driving strategic decisions and shaping the future of insurance analytics. This role is for the data aficionado with a passion for insurance, ready to build the information highways that guide our clients to success

So, are you ready to be the hero our client needs?

  • Analyze, design, and develop data models and definitions for our insurance-specific platform. Think data warehouses, staging areas, operational data stores, data marts, and insightful reports (ideally using ERStudio or similar tools).
  • Design and develop data models at every level (conceptual, logical, and physical). Then, bring them to life on various platforms like SQL Server, Oracle, Azure, Amazon, and Google, ensuring optimal data load, storage, and access.
  • Integrate structured and unstructured data using ETL, ELT, XML, JSON, Python, or other techniques. No siloed information here!
  • Ensure your analysis and design are flawless, capturing the entire set of data requirements.
  • Document everything: Be the owner of clear and comprehensive documentation

    throughout the entire data lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with analysts, architects, and developers to build the complete technical solution.
  • Engage with clients in pre-sales, sales, training, and support, delivering stellar technical expertise remotely

Qualifications

  • Must have 3+ years of experience in the insurance domain (P&C or Life).
  • 6+ years of data architecture expertise and a passion for data integration.
  • Have 6+ years of hands-on IT experience building and implementing data lakes, warehouses, ODS, and data marts.
  • Know your way around data management tools from Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and others.
  • Have 3+ years of data profiling and cleansing under your belt.
  • Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Are organized, interpersonal, and a master of time management.
  • Can work independently with minimal direction and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Have experience leading teams through the full development lifecycle.
