This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights and collaborating across teams to improve data-driven solutions. You’ll be responsible for analyzing healthcare data, identifying trends, and supporting the development of features that improve risk adjustment performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze large healthcare data sets to generate clear and meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to improve software solutions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support new product features and business strategies.
  • Build and optimize data models that enhance performance and reporting capabilities.
  • Translate raw data into user-friendly dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Participate in gathering requirements and offer input on best practices for data use.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including customer success and advisory, to solve data-related challenges.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience with Python (Jupyter), SQL, or SAS.
    • 3+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience in the healthcare industry.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL for creating and updating stored procedures.
    • Familiarity with healthcare payer/provider claims or quality data.
    • Risk adjustment experience (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
