The Senior Recruitment Data Analyst leads the development and ongoing support of recruiting data solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reporting tools. Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager, this role conducts in-depth research and advanced analytical work to uncover opportunities for improvement across the organization. The analyst is accountable for gathering, evaluating, and presenting data for the Provider Recruiting function, translating findings into clear insights and recommendations for recruiting leadership. This position requires strong independent work skills, the ability to balance competing priorities, and success in a remote or distributed work setting.

The analyst is accountable for gathering, evaluating, and presenting data for the Provider Recruiting function, translating findings into clear insights and recommendations for recruiting leadership. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex recruiting datasets from multiple systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, HRIS, job boards, TextUs) to provide insights on pipeline health, funnel metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruiting performance, workforce planning, and diversity hiring goals.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights and actionable recommendations for Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Partner with Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Marketing, and Enterprise IT teams to improve data accuracy, standardization, and reporting automation.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business-critical questions and support executive-level presentations.
- Lead projects leveraging predictive and advanced analytics, such as forecasting hiring demand, modeling recruiter capacity, and evaluating the impact of recruiting strategies and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Accounting/Finance Business)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics using enterprise systems, preferably in human resources, recruitment, or workforce analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills, preferably with experience developing scripts and queries in Snowflake.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Macros, PivotTables, graphs, and VLOOKUP).
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools, such as Power BI.
- Experience of working with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, BrassRing, iCIMS) and HRIS data.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or programming languages (Python/R) is a plus.
- Experience with workflow or automation tools (e.g., Alteryx) or application builders (e.g., Caspio) is a plus.
- Experience with Recruiting Marketing technologies is a plus
- Experience with CRM is a plus is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills; able to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a remote or distributed work setting.
