Our client, a Healthcare company with worldwide reach is seeking a talented Sr. Operations Controller. The company is currently experiencing record growth and empowers professionals with a seat at the leadership table to drive the business forward. The primary focus of the Controller will be to administer appropriate controls to the accounting operation to ensure costs are monitored and to prepare necessary reports for management to make informed financial decisions. The Sr. Controller readies and maintains financial and business transactions, applies accounting/costing principles, and has an exceptional leadership to drive performance.

The main responsibilities for this role would include but are not limited to;

  • Supports the CFO in ensuring that all monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements and related schedules/analysis are produced on time and in accordance with SOX, ASPE/GAAP, and corporate policies
  • Month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Costing, Inventories, and general accounting
  • Assists in implementing and maintaining adequate internal controls throughout the operation.
  • Coordinates the semi-annual physical inventory and monthly inventory cycle counts for Finance.
  • This role will work closely with the Operations and Manufacturing leaders to drive growth


  • Must possess 15+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience with 8+ years in a management role
  • Designated CPA (CMA/CGA/CA)
  • Strong costing and cost per unit experience is required
  • Multi legacy system environment supporting SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this highly interactive role
  • Some travel is required
