Sr. Business Tech Lead Analyst - Peoplesoft
Our client, a well established organization in Toronto, has engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to find them a Senior Business Tech Lead. Qualifications
Education & Certification:
* Bachelor/Masters Degree in Engineering or Computer Applications or relevant business experience
* Computer application certifications, as applicable.
Knowledge & Experience:
· 6+ years of industry experience within the specific domain/service area including:
· Experience gathering and documenting reqs.
· Experience creating use case models
· Experience working with a standard development process
· Experience with process reengineering
· Experience with Implementation of HR support application
· Must have at least 5 years of Peoplesoft Implementation experience version 8.5x and any work on Payroll and or HR Implementation projects would be a definite asset
· Any experience writing data queries and designing data structures using SQL would be an asset
· Any exposure to Oracle running Linux also an asset
