Novacoast Staffing is currently working with an Enterprise-sized fintech company in its search for a Sr. Business Architect Associate that will utilize a collaborative approach to digitizing their business processes. This is a Direct-hire, Full-time Sr. Role with a hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office every week and they collaborate in the office on Tuesday & Wednesday every week.
In this role, you will be tasked with developing and managing business process documentation, which includes modeling and digitizing processes to facilitate enterprise-level Business Architecture Solutions. The Senior Business Architect Associate is responsible for employing a cooperative approach to digitizing business processes, Assisting in design thinking, and process and decision modeling using BPMN-compliant methodologies and tools. This position will incorporate process modeling into the client's risk management resilience framework, process documentation contributing to process reimagining, and ensuring top-tier client experiences by integrating customer journeys throughout the product portfolio. In this role, you will leverage extensive process design expertise using BPM and other technologies to maintain up-to-date process libraries.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in business management to comprehend the organizational framework and the related business activities and processes.
- Examine the existing state of product offerings, outline business processes, and establish business rules using innovative design tools and methodologies, such as business process modeling and domain modeling.
- Capability to gather, arrange, associate, and create models that depict artifacts, principles, frameworks, and strategy.
- Skilled in collaborating with management to determine business and information priorities.
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing across various levels of the organization, including technical staff, business managers, and senior leadership.
- Capable of conducting interviews with subject matter experts (functional/technical), sponsors, and collaborating organizations before and during business architecture development.
- Exhibit business analysis and/or enhancement skills essential for delivering business engineering, analytical, and architectural services to transform business requirements into enterprise solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in banking, capital markets, or financial operations preferred
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 is a plus
- Business Process Management certification is a plus
- Prior business analyst experience preferred
- Experience building architecture models/artifacts that provide mappings between users, systems, platforms, and business functions
- Experience formulating business and infrastructure architectures by integrating existing and reimagined architectural models.
- Proficiency in incorporating risk and control processes into daily tasks to monitor and mitigate risk, with appropriate escalation when necessary.
- Familiarity with enhancement methodologies is a valuable asset.
Compensation
$111,000-120,000/year
