Our Ohio-based internationally recognized client is in need of a Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and define the system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational, and/or industry requirements
• Develop business requirements and functional specifications for medium to large-sized projects
• Create complex technical and functional user documentation
• Troubleshooting issues for existing reports and dashboards
• Recognize, identify and document changes to existing business processes and identifies new opportunities for process developments and improvements
• Actively influence software development process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with product development, demand management, product life cycle, and innovation solutions
• Experience with full lifecycle solution development, from gathering requirements through build, test, deploy, and support
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/functional specifications on complex or large projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization
