Job Description
Our Ohio-based internationally recognized client is in need of a Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and define the system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational, and/or industry requirements
- Develop business requirements and functional specifications for medium to large-sized projects
- Create complex technical and functional user documentation
- Troubleshooting issues for existing reports and dashboards
- Recognize, identify and document changes to existing business processes and identifies new opportunities for process developments and improvements
- Actively influence software development process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working with product development, demand management, product life cycle, and innovation solutions
- Experience with full lifecycle solution development, from gathering requirements through build, test, deploy, and support
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/functional specifications on complex or large projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization
