We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with our client in driving financial system enhancements and ensuring optimal performance across platforms. This role is perfect for a professional with a solid Finance or Accounting background who has successfully transitioned into IT, blending technical expertise with financial acumen to provide impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging financial platforms such as Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, and rollouts, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption.
• Provide end-user support and training, resolving technical issues related to financial systems.
• Lead projects to integrate new financial technologies with existing systems.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and ensure data security within IT frameworks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined experience in Finance/Accounting and IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems including Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
• Experience with Finance ERP modules
• Demonstrated ability to bridge communication between Finance and IT teams.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading system implementation or upgrades.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
