Novacoast Staffing is assisting a global financial company in its search for an experienced Sr. Associate Manager- IT GRC for an immediate full-time position.

This is a new position, and a unique opportunity to assist a fast-growing, multi-billion $ organization develop a best-in-class IT GRC program both in the US and abroad. You will partner with the internal compliance team, audit team, Information Security and IT teams to ensure best practices are being followed; all I-s dotted and all T-s crossed.

The right person for this role has:

5+ years in a GRC capacity for an IT department/ company for a minimum of 5 years.
Experience with at least 3 of the following- SOX, Finra, NIST, and ISO compliance

This position will be 100% remote (though if you prefer onsite, they have offices throughout the US) and can be either Direct hire or contract-to-hire.
