Sr. Accountant

Andrews & Cole is currently partnering with a fast-growing restaurant chain on a full-time Senior Accountant role. As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in day to day accounting operations, financial planning, and analysis for a growing restaurant brand. This position blends accounting expertise with strategic financial forecasting to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to guide business decisions. Identify opportunities to improve profitability.

• Accounting Operations: Manage month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and GAAP compliance to keep financials accurate.

• Systems & Data Management: Optimize Restaurant365 (R365) and other financial tools to improve efficiency.

• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure GAAP compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting.

• Process Improvement: Find ways to reduce costs, streamline financial workflows, and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong accounting and finance background (5+ years of experience).

• Expertise in GAAP compliance, financial modeling, and variance analysis.

• Experience with financial tools like Restaurant365 (R365), Excel, Power BI, and Toast.

• Strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly.

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality finance is preferred.
