Sr Accountant

Our client, in Manchester, NH, has an immediate opening for an experienced and motivated Sr Accountant. This is an ideal position for a candidate with 5 years of experience, who is looking to advance their career.

Role: Sr Accountant (Direct Hire)

Location: Manchester, NH (On-Site)

Pay: $75,000-$85,000

Job Duties

• Provide oversite for key accounting functions, including: AP/AR and payroll
• Responsible for account reconciliations/GL
• Full ownership of daily accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections.
• Responsible for bank and account reconciliations
• Month-end closing and preparation of annual 1099s
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly budgets for each department
• Responsible for monthly and annual financial close process (work directly with outside CPA firm)

• Manage cash flow and banking activities
• Support HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and adherence to regulations
• Assist with preparation of weekly payroll

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferred
• Must be hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment
