Our client, an Automotive Tier 1, is looking for a Sales Leader to advance and strengthen their customer relationship, Hyundai-Kia.

Responsibilities:

The Hyundia-Kia Sales Leader is responsible for managing and growing the key OEM relationship while bridging cultural and operational needs across regions:

  • Lead strategic new business acquisition efforts
  • Coordinate quoting and pricing activities
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships across Purchasing, Engineering, and Supplier Quality
  • Negotiate purchase orders and contracts
  • Support product development and engineering changes
  • Monitor and align customer pricing, purchase orders, and internal systems
  • Partner with internal teams to support program launches, customer requirements, and logistics issues
  • Travel up to 30%
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related discipline
  • 7+ years of automotive sales/account management experience
  • Native-level Korean language fluency (spoken and written)
  • Experience in automotive electrical/electronic components (e.g., switches, modules, mechatronics)
