About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and contract management within the aerospace industry. You’ll be the key driver of customer satisfaction and long-term business success.

This high-impact role involves managing major OEM and Tier 1 accounts, negotiating complex contracts, pricing agreements, and developing strategies to support commercial, defense, and space business lines, working on large, complex accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage OEM customer relationships.

  • Develop and negotiate contracts, T&Cs, pricing, LTAs, and proposal responses.
  • Business Development
  • Lead development of business proposals to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (programs, engineering, finance) to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Use data-driven insights to monitor KPIs, identify risks, and drive performance.

  • Forecasting, supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, ensuring demand and forecast accuracy.


Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Account Management and Business Development customer-facing roles in aerospace or regulated industries.

  • Strong experience working with major OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage large, complex contracts and pricing agreements.

  • Skilled in contract negotiations and proposal development.
