Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP of Sales of a leading full-spectrum logistics company with over 18 years of experience who specializes in TL, LTL, Intermodal, Small Package, and Domestic/International Expedited services.
The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for the complete sales process including prospecting, calling, lead generation, sourcing new business opportunities, pricing, closing, and managing a book of business. Will secure revenue using referrals, leads, and cold calls while building relationships with customers to secure predictable, repeatable revenue. Responsible for drawing on unique competencies to demonstrate how the business can be beneficial to the customer. Will coordinate the operation of carrier pick-up and delivery of freight. Challenge is to increase revenues and maximize profitability.

Background Required:
  • Brokerage sales, business development, and operations (2+ years)

  • Developed and executed business plan strategies
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Suite: Power Point, Word, Excel)
  • Residence: Charlotte, NC
Background Preferred (but not required):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
