Sr Account Executive

Job Description
Client Summary:
  • AI-powered platform supporting care navigation in specialty and oncology settings
  • Helps practices identify and act on gaps in patient care
  • Integrates with existing clinical and practice data systems
  • Aligns care teams with established clinical pathways
  • Enables timely interventions to keep patients on track
Position Responsibilities:
  • Act as a player-coach: drive new business while shaping and scaling the growth function.
  • Establish repeatability in the sales process and refine playbooks for future hires.
  • Own enterprise-level sales: navigate complex deals with multiple personas and stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate financial ROI (>$1M annual per user) to practices.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align sales strategy with company goals and product direction.
  • Represent at conferences, events, and business development opportunities.
  • Build toward a leadership role, growing and managing the sales organization over time.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Leadership – Success as a hunter closing enterprise SaaS deals in healthcare.
  • Domain Knowledge – Experience selling into oncology, cancer centers, GI, or other specialty clinics (Derm, Ortho, etc.)
  • Complex Deal Navigation – Skilled at consensus-building across multiple stakeholders and personas.
  • Player-Coach Mentality – Comfortable being hands-on while also developing scalable systems and processes.
  • Strategic Growth Lens – Ability to connect product/IT/data workflows directly to enterprise value and financial outcomes.
  • Grit and curiosity—someone who thrives in early-stage, founder-led companies.
  • Persistence and resilience in enterprise sales cycles.
  • Intellectual horsepower to quickly understand complex healthcare workflows.
  • A sophisticated communicator who can influence, persuade, and close.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • RN background with sales transition is a plus.
Compensation $150k-$175k
