Our client is a 5* chain hotel with 300+ Rooms and multiple F&B outlets.
This role is a #1 position in the Sport & Recreation Department and will be reporting directly to Hotel Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
• 5* hotel experience
• Fully knowledgeable of spa & wellness treatments, fitness programs, and recreational activities
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience
• Proficient in all financial aspects linked to the operation
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, good administrative skills
• Strong communication skills & guest relations skills
• Well-groomed, healthy, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate
• Able to deal effectively with guests in a resort environment
• Passionate, dynamic, innovative and creative
• Pro-active, can-do approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Leads by example
