Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Innovative technology is transforming how hospitals and research sites transfer data for clinical trials.
- Seamless integration allows fast and accurate patient data transfer between systems.
- Significantly reduces the need for manual data transcription.
- Minimizes the requirements for source data verification (SDV).
- Enhances efficiency, speed, and accuracy in clinical trial data collection processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the rapidly evolving EHR-to-EDC space, able to engage, educate, and build partnerships with thought leaders and key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization with clients, embodying a vision for transformational change in clinical data workflows.
- Maximize market presence by cultivating key pharmaceutical contacts to establish and grow high-value partnerships and increase awareness.
- Rapidly expand the pharmaceutical prospect pipeline in HubSpot, with a focus on conversion to long-term clients.
- Proactively generate, follow up on, and qualify leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Close sales in alignment with set targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales documentation; ensure timely responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Confidently operate at the C-suite level to align solutions with pharmaceutical partners’ strategic priorities, engaging multiple stakeholders and delivering compelling documentation that addresses clinical operations or clinical data needs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitive solutions and regularly report relevant market and product developments to leadership.
- Manage and communicate progress against goals through accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to support business development objectives.
- Consistently contribute to and promote a positive, collaborative organizational culture.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for the uses of technology to improve clinical trial delivery
- 3+ years direct experience working in, and competent technical knowledge of, clinical research software, preferably EHR/EDC/ePRO etc or a similar service that is purchased by clinical operations organizations within pharmaceutical companies
- Successful track record in business development and selling to pharmaceutical organisations;
- Proven track record of developing strategy for and nurturing successful strategic partnerships;
- Strict adherence to established lead qualification, pipeline management and CRM techniques;
- Sharp research, analytical and market-mapping skills to inform and define strategic thinking;
- Self-motivated to manage and execute to a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and presenting to large groups
- Ability to confidently engage stakeholders of all levels with prestige and parity
- Realistic understanding and passion for the challenges of rapidly scaling a small business;
- Proactive, self-starting approach to all tasks
