• Full-time salaried position on an Inpatient Rehab team
• Treat primarily Neuro, Stroke, TBI, Dysphagia, Aphasia, Cognitive Rehab, etc.
• Opportunity to START a FEES program - all equipment already acquired
• 6-7 patients per day with 1 hour for documentation daily
• All patient care is 1:1 and 1 hour treatments - never double booked or dovetailing
• $10,000 sign-on bonus + Paid relocation assistance

About the Position:

Our ideal SLP will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. This candidate will have the desire to help mentor and train both students and CF's

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters in SLP from an accredited program
• CCC's required
• Dysphagia experience REQUIRED
• Acute Care or Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Bedside swallow experience preferred
• FEEs experience preferred
• Servant-leader mindset
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
