Speech Language Pathologist
Halifax, North Carolina

APN Staffing is NOW hiring a Speech Language School Pathologist (K-12). This position is Full Time Monday - Friday, long-term contract position until June of 2027.

**Hourly rate of pay range is $60.00-$65.00 an hour (DOQ)**

General Job Duties:

Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess communication skills
Develop therapy goals in collaboration with the IEP team
Recommend classroom supports or accommodations to help students participate
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to reinforce strategies in the classroom
Monitor student progress and update goals as needed
Provide individual and group therapy sessions

General Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Preferred to have a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association
G License from the NC Department of Public Instruction (may have a license from the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists)
