Speech-Language Pathologist – Hospital-Based Acute Care & Outpatient
Full-Time Nonprofit System $5K Sign-On Bonus Half-Day Fridays

Why This Role

This is a full-time SLP position with a nonprofit hospital system, splitting time between Acute Care and Outpatient settings. If you want clinical variety, hospital-based stability, and the chance to develop a versatile skillset across populations and settings, this is worth a look.

The Role at a Glance

You'll treat across two settings within the same hospital system:

Acute Care: ICU, stroke, TBI, post-surgical, and medically complex patients with approximately 30-minute sessions

Outpatient: Hospital-based clinic covering neuro, vestibular, balance, stroke, MS, ortho, and chronic conditions with 45 to 60 minute 1:1 sessions (double-booking is rare and only happens when absolutely necessary due to staffing)

Patients span the lifespan and diagnosis spectrum. Productivity expectations are reasonable. The focus is on seeing your scheduled patients well, not chasing rigid quotas.
