OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

This is a full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position with a diverse caseload and a heavy neuro focus. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor or Master of Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Nevada SLP license or ability to obtain
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Neuro Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
  • Servant leader mindset
  • Coachable and eager to grow
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Collaborative, team-building personality style
  • H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available
