About the Position:

Patients have an average length of stay of around 19.5 days with a 90% return to home rate. In this role you will lead a team of 3 SLPs that area passionate about the Neuro population. 50% of the role is focused on patient care and outcomes and 50% is focused on administrative tasks: Process improvement, training, chart audits, program development and expansion, and department education. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and they are looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master of Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) required
  • 7+ years of Speech Language Pathology experience
  • 3+ years of previous leadership experience required
  • Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred
  • Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
  • Collaborative, team building personality style
  • Servant leader mindset
