The Specification Writer is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing construction project specifications to ensure compliance with project design, building codes, and industry standards. This role involves working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to develop accurate, clear, and comprehensive technical specifications that guide construction and material selection.

This position's duties include reviewing drawings, identifying applicable standards, writing detailed specifications, coordinating with design teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of materials, products, and construction methods.

Strong attention to detail, technical writing skills, and knowledge of building codes and CSI Master Format are essential.
