What you will be doing as the Engineering/Technical Recruiter:

  • Communicate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the best strategy for fulfilling those needs
  • Will be recruiting on critical, high level engineering / IT positions: Maintenance Cloud Tester, Principle Electrical Controls, Data Center, Mechanical Integration Engineer, Rack Engineers
  • Partner closely and work collaboratively with hiring managers to fulfill open positions within the expected days to fill
  • Source active and passive candidates using a variety of tools and best practices including ATS, job boards, social media, LinkedIn
  • Take actions that build a talent pipeline for future open positions
  • Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process including scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Successfully meet recruiting metrics/goals including days to fill and offer acceptance rates

What you will need as the Engineering/Technical Recruiter:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience recruiting in automation, infrastructure and AI is required.
  • Familiarity with employment laws relevant to the recruiting process
  • Experience working with ATS systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of HR data
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to interact positively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
