Pay Rate
- Manage the monthly global compensation and benefits package with variance analysis, including regional, segment and legal entity views
- Review of global fixed and external compensation expense forecasts, including segment and divisional views
- Manage the preparation of global compensation and benefits forecasting report with segment view in coordination with Human Resources and Financial Planning and Analysis teams
- Review and provide guidance for long term incentive amortization and share-based compensation MTM forecasts
- Prepare quarterly compensation review deck for senior management meeting
- Review quarterly fringes analysis and forecast at the firm-wide and segment reporting levels
- Review and provide signoff on compensation and benefits submissions to Corporate Reporting and Regulatory Reporting in preparing and supporting regulatory filings, including FR Y-9C, Call Report, 14Q, FINRA and FOCUS Report.
- Maintain and update strong control environment/audit documentation
- Respond and interact with various internal clients (Compensation Controllers, Human Resources, Business Unit Controllers, Financial Planning and Analytics teams) and external auditors
- Lead a team of two professionals

- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and partner with staff at all levels, including senior management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
