Responsible for managing ER issues and investigations, EEO complaints, other work-related issues and case documentation. ER Specialist will also serve as an escalation point on disputed workplace conflicts/concerns. The ER Specialist will work in close concert with Employment Law to evaluate and resolve the more complex employee relations issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Investigate employee relations concerns, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other work-related issues; recommend appropriate resolution of complaints and monitor results
•Prepare investigative documentation, including interview notes and summary of findings
•Utilize Employee Relations Case Management (ERCM) System to manage cases from intake to resolution
•Manage periodic reporting from ERCM and other related systems for various HR, Diversity and other stakeholders
•Explain and provide advice to HR, managers and employees about Firm policies and procedures and the need for compliance
•Streamline HR processes and develop related guidance materials and training for HR
• Develop and deliver training regarding HR policy and processes for HR, managers and other employees as needed

Education and/or Experience
•5+ years employee relations or related experience
•J.D. and employment law experience a plus
•Experience in managing employee relations matters; including complex issues regarding discrimination and harassment
•Experience working in a large, complex organization is preferred
•Bachelor's degree
