Our client's Private Banking Group (PBG) is seeking an experienced marketing consultant to join the Cash Management Marketing team to partner with the Banking Services Team and be responsible for designing, building and implementing integrated marketing strategies to drive advisor and client engagement in Cash Management Services, particularly for an upcoming launch of Deposit initiatives and Cash Flow Analysis and Budgeting. This individual should have demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in developing messaging and designing presentations, as well as developing tactical marketing plans. This role reports into Private Bank Group Vice President of Cash Management Marketing.

• In partnership with the Banking Services, create, develop and oversee the execution of marketing strategies to drive deposit growth
• Collaborate with the VP of Cash Management partner to create relevant and timely marketing campaigns, including proper messaging and branding
• Provide comprehensive marketing and sales support to the Banking Services team
• Partner with the Wealth Management Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and execute innovative cross platform marketing campaigns to drive FA and client engagement
• Design and execute a compelling Cash Flow Analysis and Budgeting launch campaign, driving adoption and engagement
• Analyze competitive market intelligence and product trend research to identify the attributes of clients and financial advisors most likely to be interested in Cash Management; develop multimedia marketing campaigns to target these segments
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance partners to facilitate the timely review and approval of materials

Knowledge and Skills Required:
• B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing, Communications or English a plus
• A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry
• Experience with executing multiple marketing channels such as digital and direct marketing
• Ability to perform marketing analysis including segmentation; analyzing and interpreting trends
• Develop creative solutions in highly matrixed organization
• Foster collaborative relationships across functional teams
• Partnership experience a plus
• Knowledge of legal and compliance policies related to financial service industry a plus
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
