Pay Rate
• Orchestrate and execute changes and modification of mortgage documents, disclosures and print rules
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Functional Business Leads to obtain approvals prior to the implementation of changes to mortgage documents, disclosures and print rules
• Assist with maintaining inventory of mortgage documents, disclosures, and print rules for completeness and accuracy
• Assist with maintaining the inventory of document change requests
• Review proposed changes to mortgage documents and introduction of new mortgage documents
• Periodically meet with Legal and Compliance to ensure that new regulations are properly identified and incorporated into mortgage documents, disclosures and print rules
• Provide status updates to management as required

Preferred Experience
• One to Four years of experience in the Mortgage Industry
• General knowledge of standard Mortgage industry documents
• Experience working with Legal and Compliance
• Familiarity with Mortgage related Loan Origination System (LOS) a plus
• Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
• Private Bank experience preferred
