WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Be responsible as PM Sous Chef for in the fine dining restaurant
  • Also oversee in-room dining during the evening (not usually many orders)
  • Reports to the restaurant's chef de cuisine

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels
  • Lots of energy and creativity
  • Culinary education


  • Salary $50,000 - $65,000 Negotiable
