- Secure, Web-Based Solutions: Provides financial assistance tools to streamline access and affordability.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with technical insights and guidance to advance sales opportunities throughout the pre-sales process.
- Solution Architecture and Design: Work with customers to understand their business drivers, requirements, and challenges, architect solutions that address their unique business problems.
- Product Demos: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to customers, showcasing how our solutions meet their specific needs and deliver value.
- Proposal and SOW Creation: Develop detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and pricing, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company capabilities.
- RFP Responses: Prepare thorough and compelling responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), addressing technical and business requirements to position our solutions as the best choice for the customer.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their decision-making process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and guidance to the product development team.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (computer science, business, engineering), or equivalent experience. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-PBA) a plus.
- In-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and of cloud-based healthcare solutions.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions product management of a solution focused on the financial aspect of the healthcare industry or medication.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices is a plus.
