Solutions Engineer
Job Description
As a Solutions Project Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise to successfully guide projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities include managing resources, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to meet client requirements for quality and cost within defined timelines. You will oversee project execution, including training, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and site management, while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction through regular meetings, contract compliance, and thorough documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery aligned with business objectives and client needs.
- Utilize business insights and analytics to enhance project execution and achieve goals.
- Integrate internal policies with analytics to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; additional education is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in automation projects, with a focus on Power Electronics.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- PMP Certification and proficiency in project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus; 20% travel required.
