Our client is a fast-growing leader in advanced wireless networking for robotics and defense technology. Their systems power real-world autonomy—drones, unmanned ground vehicles, and mission-critical robotic platforms operating in complex environments. Peskind Executive Search has been retained to identify a hands-on Solutions Engineer who can support customers through integration, testing, and field deployment.

The Role

In this position, you will partner directly with robotics teams, autonomy engineers, and government program offices to ensure seamless integration of advanced radio systems. You’ll diagnose RF and networking challenges, replicate customer environments, and help guide technical evaluations from concept to procurement. This is a visible, high-impact role supporting mission-critical unmanned systems.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject-matter expert in the company’s radio systems and deployment architectures.

• Support platform integration, lab testing, field trials, and customer evaluations.

• Build repeatable test workflows and validate firmware, performance, and reliability.

• Translate real-world field insights into structured feedback for engineering teams.

Who You Are

• 3+ years in RF networking, wireless communications, embedded systems, or robotics integration.

• Strong diagnostic skills across RF, networking, compute, and control systems.

• Comfortable working directly with customers and supporting field deployments.

• U.S. Citizen; able to travel ~10%.
