Our client, a leader in the agricultural sector is seeking a Software Sales & Support Specialist to join them for a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting direct sales and generating new business while ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Promote and carry out direct sales of company software with the objective of growing market share and customer loyalty
- Perform remote and on-site sales visits and software installation and training
- Provide support and troubleshooting services to existing software customers, via phone, email, remote desktop and on-site service
- Assist and educate customers so they understand and effectively utilize software information and features to improve overall herd management and herd profitability
Requirements
- Must have a University Degree or College Diploma, in the Agricultural field
- At least one to two (1-2) years’ experiences in a sales, customer service, or support role
- Full G driver’s license and access to a vehicle on a regular basis (this role will require travel)
- Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Results driven, problem solver with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently
- Basic knowledge of computers hardware and software
- Must be fluent in English (French is an asset)

- Team player, willing to learn and customer oriented
