I hope you are doing well. Our client is looking to hire a Software /IT Director for their corporate location. This position would report to the VP/CFO and Owner of the company so it is highly visible.

Job Requirements and Duties are below:

• Accounting background a strong plus
• Experience with the following a plus
• Vista by Viewpoint (construction software)
• Yardi (property management software)
• MicroStrategy (pulls data from Vista and Yardi, consolidates data from multiples companies)
• Sharepoint
• Manage all software projects
• Report writing experience a plus
• Oversee IT staff (currently one person in house and also have a contract with a 3^rd party IT company)
• Salary around $120k - $130k
