Qualifications (Critical Skills)

· 8 - 10 years of SAM experience.

· Solid understanding of Microsoft licensing.

· Excellent Excel and modelling skills.

· Strong financial acumen.

· Ability to read, understand and explain a license agreement.

· SW Portal administration experience.

· Ability to understand the needs of IT group.

· Ability to explain IT needs to legal reviewer of agreements.

What you’ll be doing

· Manage the SAM Tool.

· Manage all new SW requests.

· Manage SW inventory.

· Develop and manage SW license attribute database.

· Review and manage EULA’s.

· Manage and operate SW admin portals with major publishers.

· Perform quarterly SAM reviews.

· Manage SW procurement.

· Manage all SW renewals.

· Develop policies around SW usage and deployment.

· SW contract reviews.

· License compliance, being audit ready.

· License spend and usage.

General Qualifications

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in finance or computer science field.
