Job Description: SoftPro Administration & Support Specialist

Position Overview
The SoftPro Administration & Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing SoftPro Select. This role ensures that internal users have a smooth, reliable experience with SoftPro Select by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and coordinating with vendors to resolve software-related challenges. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires both independent problem-solving and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for software support inquiries, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for user-reported issues.
  • Administer SoftPro Select, including user account creation, permission management, system configuration, and routine maintenance.
  • Document procedures, known issues, FAQs, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support data integrity efforts through routine audits and error correction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SoftPro administration experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with workflow automation, integrations, or basic scripting.
  • Familiarity with data reporting tools like PowerBI.
  • Prior experience supporting remote internal users.
