Position Overview
The SoftPro Administration & Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing SoftPro Select. This role ensures that internal users have a smooth, reliable experience with SoftPro Select by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and coordinating with vendors to resolve software-related challenges. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires both independent problem-solving and cross-department collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for software support inquiries, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for user-reported issues.
- Administer SoftPro Select, including user account creation, permission management, system configuration, and routine maintenance.
- Document procedures, known issues, FAQs, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support data integrity efforts through routine audits and error correction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of SoftPro administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workflow automation, integrations, or basic scripting.
- Familiarity with data reporting tools like PowerBI.
- Prior experience supporting remote internal users.
