Title of Position: Soft Services Manager

Package: 100,000 -120,000 Baht

Benefits: Local Package

Key Competencies:

  • Thai Nationality
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Soft Service FM roles, Security Management & control, and highly experienced in developing strategies, contract bid solutions, mobilising new sites /contracts and performing due diligence studies
  • Outstanding team leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor FM Platform team members to assist them in achieving their personal best along with the team and organisational objectives
  • Degree qualified in an appropriate discipline such as Engineering, Facilities, or Property Management
  • High level of proficiency in English and Thai
  • Possess very good project management skills with experience in managing large scale and/or complex projects across multiple locations
  • Ability to work in a highly autonomous manner, and provide expert advice to senior management and other key stakeholders, to enable critical decisions to be made in a timely and well-informed manner
  • Experience in quality auditing, and operational excellence studies- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build productive relationships with a wide and varied group of internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional planning and organising skills, with the proven ability to prioritise competing demands, and continually fluctuating workloads
  • Highly analytical and methodical, with the ability to effectively solve complex problems using logic and rational thinking
  • Good presentation skills (experience in developing and/or delivering training programs will also be highly regarded)
  • Able to travel throughout Thailand and occasionally abroad, including remote sites, and often at short notice
