Job Description
Responsibilities
• Own small/medium content development initiatives
• Analyze and react to learnings to make smart storytelling/creative choices
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop best in class content
• Drive content enhancements
• Be a functional expert
• Requires advanced conceptual and practical knowledge and experience within job discipline
• Manage creative briefs for smaller projects
• Anticipate potential problems and look to wider implications of actions
• Understand the why behind content needs
• Manage internal customer expectations and work to build consensus
• Anticipate potential problem and look to broader implications of actions
• Execute end-to-end content creation efforts at on-property and off-property shoots, managing productions as you go (locations, set pieces, talent, etc.)
• Liaise with Marketer(s) to confirm itinerary and shoot flow, working with them and ensuring scheduling
• Create realistic deadline expectations for content delivery and uphold deadlines
• Manage post-production efforts (retouching, edit timing and versions, feedback, asset delivery etc.) for all content shoots

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Degree minimum: Bachelor’s Degree
Specific concentration: Content Creation, Advertising, Marketing
Experience level: 4-6 years’ experience, as Video/Photography Producer or Content Producer
