About Our Client

Our client, one of the world’s largest online gaming and sportsbook companies, is looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join their growing team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing social media strategies across all brands with a focus on the Canadian market. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is both creative and analytical as you will work hand in hand with our content marketing team to develop the most engaging content on social media and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns


The Social Media Manager will perform a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Support, develop and identify key platforms across all of B2C marketing verticals to expand, develop and/ or optimize social media strategies
  • Audit current social media presence and develop strategies and plans for expansion and improvement
  • Develop and execute B2C social media marketing strategy, with special focus on Canada
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media management tools and other tools to produce reports and provide insight into social media campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and analyze existing external content contributors to determine ROI with respect to Social Media campaigns
  • Ensure that all Social Media activity adheres to brand guidelines and relevant regulation and legislation
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing department to implement localized social media strategy across targeted regions

  • 7+ years experience in a content and social media focused role within a marketing team
  • 2+ years experience with sports betting and gaming/ iGaming industry
  • Knowledge of sportsbook, sports betting, iGaming, eSports, online casino, VIP, fantasy sports and betting psychology and ability to create and deliver content targeting the industry considered an asset
  • Deep understanding of social media reporting tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with marketing across various social media platforms and insights and reporting tools
  • Experience with B2C marketing
  • Degree or Diploma in digital marketing, social media or related field
